If you contact us via the Contact Us option, you will be redirected to Gmail to send an email. We do not store or share this data; it is only used for providing support.

To provide full file management and PDF-related features, iMZi PDF requires the following permissions:

2.1 Full Storage Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

This permission allows us to:

• Fetch all files and folders from internal and external storage.
• Enable file operations such as conversion, merging, splitting, watermarking, and compression.
• Show a custom file selection view where users can pick files and folders for processing.
• Allow users to delete, move, rename, and organize files directly within the app.

We do not access or transfer your personal files externally. All file processing happens locally on your device.

2.2 Read & Write External Storage (For Android 10 and Below)

• Read files from storage for conversion.
• Save edited files back to the device.

2.3 Camera Permission

• Used to scan documents using the device's camera.
• Supports autofocus for better image quality.
• If denied, users won't be able to scan documents but can still import files from storage.

2.4 Internet & Network Access

• Required to fetch file details from Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Needed for in-app purchases, analytics, and cloud-based features.
• Ensures Google Play Billing Service functions correctly.

2.5 Post Notifications

• Sends important alerts about app updates, feature changes, and document processing.

2.6 System Alert Window

• Allows overlays for enhanced app interaction.

We do not use permissions for any unauthorized access, surveillance, or background data collection.

iMZi PDF allows users to manage files stored in Google Drive and Dropbox.

3.1 Google Drive

Users can:

• Browse all files & folders stored in their Google Drive account.
• Download files & folders from Google Drive to local storage.
• Upload files & folders from the device to Google Drive.
• Delete files & folders directly from Google Drive.

3.2 Dropbox

Users can:

• Access and navigate their Dropbox storage.
• Download, upload, and delete files & folders.

We use Google Drive API and Dropbox API to enable these features. However:

• We do not store your Google Drive or Dropbox credentials.
• We do not access, modify, or collect any personal data from your cloud accounts.
• All cloud file operations are performed directly between your device and the respective service.

We integrate third-party services to improve app functionality:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• Google API Services
• Dropbox API

These services help with analytics, ads, and cloud operations. We do not share your personal data with them.

We offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription (recurring every month, with a free trial).
• Yearly Subscription (recurring every year, with a free trial).

5.1 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current term ends.
• Charges occur on the first day of the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Play Store.

5.2 Free Trial Policy

• A free trial is available before the first subscription charge.
• If not canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription plan will begin automatically.

Your privacy is our priority. We ensure no unauthorized data collection, sharing, or selling.
